Questions were promptly answered, either through email or a phone call and changes if any, were quickly updated. Such a great and efficient service. Upon our arrival in Moscow, we were met at the airport by our driver who brought us to our hotel. Our tour guide in Moscow was so extensive and knowledgeable with his explanation of the important places we visited. At the end of our tour in Moscow, he brought us to the train station to take the Sapsan Train to St Petersburg. Very good logistics without us having to worry about carrying our luggage around. We felt safe at all times. Upon arrival at St Petersburg, we were met by another guide from the same company. Travel All Russia is the only way to go. And we highly recommend the agency. It was a great experience in Russia and we enjoyed our trip immensely.
