A highly recommendable experience

What a wonderful experience! I stumbled upon "Travel all Russia" by chance, and I am so pleased I did. From the first phone call to me in Australia from St Petersburg, (how unbelievable was that!) to the many emails from the staff to answer my (I am sure) seemingly endless questions throughout the following 15 months, we have been afforded a first class service by this tour operator.
Everything went according to plan, even with my mobility limitations, and the recommendations for hotels for our extra days in Moscow and St Petersburg were excellent. We loved our time on this top class ship, the entertainment, especially the guest lecturer and the attention of such an enthusiastic, friendly and well-trained staff.
We have made some wonderful international friends, and we hope these links can remain. A highly recommendable experience and, although we have seen only a very small part of Russia, the tour has afforded us a picture of an amazing country that we would love to visit again.
