My wife and I have just completed a River Cruise from St.Petersburg to Moscow. Travel ALL Russia was the booking agent.
Initially we were quite aprehensive about travelling to Russia - The Media have a lot blame for this. The travel specialist from Arlington was very persuasive and the 2 for one Deal was definitely worth it.
Russia is fantastic - it's history and its people are something all Westerners should experience in their life time.
I will visit again - no doubt. Hello to Olga and Louise on board the Lev Tolstoy. What a trip!!
Want to do it again but in wintertime!!
I'm now back for a couple of weeks and had some time to reflect on the (amazing) Epic Trans-Siberian Discovery experience, let me provide you with some feedback:
The trip was well organized and executed.
All transfers were excellent. Representatives of the travel agencies were on time and in general very helpful.
Hotels were in general good to very good although not always of 4 star quality (for example: Ibis hotel in Kazan).
Guides were excellent to good. (excellent in Vladivostok, city tours in Ulan Ude and Yekaterineburg)

I am home again from a truly memorable trip. Every transfer was perfect, your drivers were courteous and helpful - the Dneiper River cruise was great. I enjoyed the experience and commend you for faultless organization. I am recommending you to friends and to Australian travel consultants. Thank you again for all your assistance.

It was great value and a wonderful itinerary
Our cruise exceeded our expectations, the cabins although compact were very comfortable, particularly after travelling in 4 berth compartments on the train, the crew were very friendly and helpful, the food was very good and the ship was spacious and well presented.

The trip was sensational
The trip was sensational. I went to get a sense of life, your culture and the history of your country, given I was there for only seven days I was still extremely happy for the chance to experience a little of this.
Our first tour guide was definitely a beautiful Russian female. The experience of booking the trip and getting a Visa was certainly a learning one, and that password was definitely a challenge, 28 letters!!!.
