1. Airport pick-up and delivery went very smooth. Traffic congestion was no worse than any other major city and probably better than most.

All the arrangements you made for me were perfect.
I thoroughly enjoyed my MS Tolstoi River Cruise. The staff could not have been better. Waiters, waitresses, front desk, escorts, cleaning people, etc. were all unbelievably friendly and professional. The professor who gave us lectures on Russia was excellent, and extremely appreciated by all. All the arrangements you made for me were perfect.

We consider this trip one of our best vacations!

It was an unforgettable trip - the most beautiful we have ever taken, although we have been to China, Singapore, the Far East and of course numerous trips to Europe, including cruises on the Rhine etc.

However, the visit to beautiful Russia excels them all. Moscow is such a lovely city and St. Petersburg is captivating. The Russian people are fantastic and deserve the respect of all nations.

Our trip to Russia was absolutely flawless and perfect in every way, from the moment we were met at the train station in Moscow until the driver delivered us to the airport in St Petersburg.

Our recent trip to Russia was the most wonderful travel experience we have shared together which is saying something since we have visited at least a dozen countries over the years. We chose to visit Russia because I visited as a student in 2008 and found it fascinating. I wanted Gale to share in the experience and our trip was everything we had hoped for and more.

We thought the two guides were great--flexible, knowledgeable and charming. We also appreciated the bus driver. We loved the hotels and their location--the modern  one in Moscow and the boutique one in St. Petersburg. We also appreciated being able to see the practice sessions for the May 9th celebration, without having to be in the middle of it! You had done an excellent job on the transportation and the logistics.  We felt safe and welcomed.
