I've been back from my Trans-Siberian train trip for over a week now. I'm still telling everyone what a wonderful trip it was. In fact, I think it ranks near the top of all my trips including Tibet and Xinjiang.

The guides were wonderful - everywhere. Please pass on the word to your bosses that all five were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Several helped me with problems - my lost immigration card in Vladivostok, phone problems in Yekaterinburg, uploading camera photos to a flash drive in Kiev.

We had a fantastic time and are very glad we went on the Luxury Treasures of Two Capitals tour.

The guides were outstanding. The hotels were great -- food, location, service. It was wonderful to see Moscow & St. Petersburg and to be there for the Victory Day celebrations. Travel All Russia did a first-rate job and we would recommend it to our friends.

My wife and I did the Treasures of Two Capitals tour of Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Travel All Russia provided everything we needed to fully immerse ourselves in Russian culture.

Our guides were incredibly well-versed on all the sights we visited and on Russia in general, and were very personable and friendly.

Having Travel All Russia organise our trip meant that everything felt hassle-free, and as such we felt truly able to relax and enjoy ourselves.

From the beginning to the end, my Winter Treasures of Two Capitals trip was PERFECT! Starting with the planning, all the way through touring St. Petersburg and Moscow and the trip back home to Philadelphia - the whole experience was something I will never forget!

And as much as I saw in the 9 short days I visited (I never wanted the days to end!), I feel like I haven't even scratched the surface of seeing all the beauty and history this great country has (because I haven't! ha ha!).

I, on behalf of my group, would like to thank your team for the seamless travel programme you have lined up for us. It was indeed a well-organized trip.

I just came back from my private tour Moscow/St Petersburg ! It was an amazing experience in a magnificent country and it all started with a flawless process with Traveallrussia ... Special thanks to the travel specialist for taking great care of my small group!!! Everything was well organized and went smoothly!!! I now have from my Russia trip memories that I will treasure for a lifetime!!!

Greetings from the southern hemisphere. Have been meaning to write and thank Travel all Russia for the wonderful holiday you helped organize. It was a fabulous trip with only a minor ( Shona didn’t think it was minor at the time ) glitch – i.e. Shona’s luggage going missing on arrival at St Petersburg airport for 2 days. But this was sorted efficiently by someone from your travel organisation.

My wife and I have just completed a River Cruise from St.Petersburg to Moscow. Travel ALL Russia was the booking agent.
Initially we were quite aprehensive about travelling to Russia - The Media have a lot blame for this. The travel specialist from Arlington was very persuasive and the 2 for one Deal was definitely worth it.
Russia is fantastic - it's history and its people are something all Westerners should experience in their life time.
I will visit again - no doubt. Hello to Olga and Louise on board the Lev Tolstoy. What a trip!!

I'm now back for a couple of weeks and had some time to reflect on the (amazing) Epic Trans-Siberian Discovery experience, let me provide you with some feedback:

The trip was well organized and executed.
All transfers were excellent. Representatives of the travel agencies were on time and in general very helpful.
Hotels were in general good to very good although not always of 4 star quality (for example: Ibis hotel in Kazan).
Guides were excellent to good. (excellent in Vladivostok, city tours in Ulan Ude and Yekaterineburg)

We were happy with our private group tour of 6 on 9/20/13. All the best of Russia with Travel all Russia. We are flight attendants, we shall share the world. Thank you!
