There is nothing much at all that you could do to improve your service

We enjoyed our trip to Russia and certainly all aspects of culture, history, culinary and beauty of your country.

I don't think I could report the most interesting part of the trip as all aspects were amazing from the grandeur of the most beautiful palaces, gallerias, museums, historical places and the people of the 2 big cities to the culture, architecture and natural beauty of the villages along the river.

We were extremely satisfied with the overall service and were certainly provided with great support before and during the trip.

All of the local guides were very pleasant, informative and very helpful. Our English speaking guide on the Tolstoy was extremely wonderful, always ready with questions that we asked.

The hotels that we stayed in in Moscow and St Petersburg were of very high standard, especially the Crown Plaza in St Petersburg which was certainly above standed to what we had expected. They were both very centrally situated which was great.

The drivers were also very good and never experienced anything adverse from them.

We certainly (and already have) would recommend your service to our friends.

There is nothing much at all that you could do to improve your service - the only thing we would have liked to have had more time on the shore excursions along the river - we felt that we were really rushed.

I would also like to comment that the organisation of the transfers and pickups were excellent - always someone there to meet us and the drivers were always on time when transferring us.

Once again we had an amazing experience.
